Returns & Exchange

At Bubba Baby, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary, and we're here to assist you every step of the way. Please review our policy below to learn more about how we handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Order Cancellations

If you’ve placed an order within the last 3 hours and need to cancel, you can do so via the link in your order confirmation email. Once your order has been canceled, you will receive cancellation and refund confirmation emails from us.

Please note: If a shipping label has already been created for your order, we will not be able to cancel it. In that case, you will need to follow our return process outlined below.

Returns

We offer a 60-day return policy for all new, unused items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund or store credit.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Process: To start a return, follow the steps in our return portal using your Bubba Baby order number and either your shipping zip code, phone number, or email used at the time of purchase. If your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

Once the return is processed, you can choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you can follow the same steps in the return portal. Select the item to exchange, choose your reason, and you’ll have the option to exchange for a new item or receive store credit.

You’ll have two exchange options:

  1. Instant Exchange: Use your credit card to get your new item sent out immediately. You will only be charged if the returned item is not received within 14 days.
  2. Standard Exchange: Send your return first, and we will ship your new item once we’ve received the original product.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All new items come with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty. If you encounter any issues within this period, we will work with you to resolve the problem, either through a replacement or a repair. For warranty claims, please contact us at support@bubbababy.com with your order number and details about the issue.

Changing Orders

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the size, color, or product in the order. However, if you wish to change your order within 3 hours of placing it, you may cancel the order via the link in your order confirmation email and place a new order for the correct items.

If more than 3 hours have passed, you can initiate a return or exchange via the return portal.

Changing Shipping Address

If your order was placed within the last 3 hours and you need to update the shipping address, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the correct address.

Please note: If a shipping label has already been created, we will not be able to change the shipping address. Please contact us at support@bubbababy.com if you need assistance.

Gift Returns & Exchanges

If you received a Bubba Baby product as a gift and need to return or exchange it, you can initiate the return or exchange without notifying the gift giver. Simply follow the steps in our return portal, selecting the "Returning or Exchanging a Gift?" option and providing the necessary details such as the order number, zip code, or email used during the purchase.

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased a Bubba Baby product through a third-party retailer (Amazon, Target, etc.), please contact that specific retailer to handle returns or exchanges. We are only able to process returns or exchanges for items purchased directly through our website.

Discounts and Promotions

Please note that discounts cannot be combined on any sales, offers, promotions, or gift cards. Additionally, we do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.
